Terms of Use: Abhilash Cricket Academy

Effective Date: April 13, 2019

Welcome to the Abhilash Cricket Academy website. By accessing our site or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate personal, medical, and contact details during registration.
  • Age Requirements: Admission is subject to age and fitness criteria specified for each coaching level.
  • Medical Disclosure: Parents or guardians must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to participation.

2. Fees & Payments

  • Payment Schedule: All coaching and registration fees must be paid in full as per the notified schedule. (prefered account payee or any via any internet payment syatem)
  • Non-Refundable Policy: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, except at the sole discretion of the academy management.
  • Late Fees: Continued non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of training sessions.

3. Training & Code of Conduct

  • Punctuality: Trainees should report at least five minutes prior to their scheduled session.
  • Uniform & Gear: Proper cricket whites and protective gear are mandatory. Players are responsible for their own personal equipment.
  • Discipline: Any form of misconduct, bullying, or disrespect toward coaches and fellow students will lead to immediate disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.

4. Safety & Liability

  • Assumption of Risk: Participation in cricket involves inherent risks. The academy is not responsible for injuries or mishaps occurring during practice or matches.
  • Personal Belongings: Trainees are responsible for their own belongings; the academy is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Pick-up/Drop-off: Parents are responsible for the safe transit of children to and from the academy gates.

5. Media & Intellectual Property

  • Promotional Content: By enrolling, you grant the academy permission to use photographs and videos taken during training for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Website Content: All logos, text, and training materials on this website are the property of Abhilash Cricket Academy and may not be reproduced without written consent.

6. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Abhilash Cricket Academy (ACA)

Widely considered as one of the good cricket academy in the state for both beginners and advanced players.

  • Facilities: State-of-the-art infrastructure including turf and matting practice wickets, practice nets.
  • Coaching: Led by certified coaches who provide expert instruction on batting, bowling, and fielding.
